Hey Kelly,

I do have to say as soon as I started using infographics and screenshots on a few of my posts, I started to get more traffic, shares and comments on my blog.

Years ago just using text was the way to go, but all of a sudden, visual content started to become more powerful. It gave blog posts more life and better interaction between the author and the readers. This is what I found when I started to implement, although my writing and editing has improved greatly which helps.

This was a great article and I'm sure it will resonate with many who are looking to get more traffic, comments, shares and subscribers!

Thanks for sharing Kelly! Have a great day!

Hi Kelly, great point about matching batches of images because they don't show well on some social media channels but do on others. I've just started working on that project, another thing to do but hopefully will result in more shares too. Thanks for this great tips here!
I hope you and Ashley have a great rest of the weekend there.

Great tips Kelly, and thanks for bring them to us.

You are right - giving our content visual appeal is mandatory

And the use of images is certainly a great way to do it. I also agree with your point that it can be counter productive to use too many images in a blog post.

Other ways to improve visual appeal is to break up the text into smaller paragraphs, indents, highlighted quotes, the effective use of bullet points and punchy sub-heads.

Of course, none of these techniques can work optimally without well written, relevant content.

Thanks again Kelly

Hi Kelly,

Well, According to my experience and changes occurred in last few years, I can easily call, Visual Content, the future as more and more people are loving infographics and images, instead of Text content.

So, it very important for us, to use visual content wisely to attract more visitors.

BTW, Very well written article.
