Hi Diana

Of course podcasts are not for everyone. Some like reading, some like watching and some like listening (I love it as I can go for a walk and then learn while I go). I personally find podcasts a great way to multitask. Cook and listen, clean and listen etc. Fill that wasted time. Of course it is hard to take notes while you are doing that, but I have the blog post/show notes with all the important stuff in links for you.

I am considering a transcript for later. But it costs me a lot of money that I am not making right now. So it is in the pipeline, but I am not doing it yet.

Normally a podcast is a chat about a topic (at least for me) so we do not have a presentation ready as such. So that idea, although a good one, will not work unfortunately.

See if you like it or not. Consider my suggestions of using them for times where you are not really doing anything important (driving to Spain for example).
I listen to a few podcasts where I have gotten info I have never seen anywhere on the web. So for me it is a no brainer.

thanks for finding the time to drop by

I second Jeannette's comment - i too don't like listening for an hour without watching anything... maybe if it's 1 hour talk and hard to transcribe, you can consider having a presentation going along with the talk? This way we can better follow what's what and when... :)

I just started listening to the podcasts so - nothing yet to share. Will also check Ileane's blog and all the resources you shared (i have no come across her before).

Congrats on launching your own podcast series :D

I agree with Ashley on the point of "Master one thing at a time". That's a super duper tip for most people who don't seem to succeed at what they do, especially Internet marketers.

With all the different ways to make money online, all the different methods of traffic generation, etc, it's so easy to get overwhelmed to the point of inaction. And what's worrying is that despite all that we already know (which we haven't even taken action on), there's still that burning urge, in nearly all of us, to learn more.

And that leads to even more reading, more researching, etc, instead of doing that which actually works - MASTERING ONE THING AT A TIME and TAKING ACTION ON IT, (sorry for screaming, but had to make the point, :D )

Closely related to this tip of mastering one thing at a time, is for us to try and FOCUS on ONE blog or website at at time, and to put our ALL into it, until it succeeds!

Still on focus, didn’t the wise wise Tony Robbins once say:

“One reason so few of us achieve what we truly want is that we never direct our focus; we never concentrate our power. Most people dabble their way through life, never deciding to master anything in particular.”
- Tony Robbins

And how can I forget the take on this by Bruce Lee:

“It’s not the daily increase but daily decrease. Hack away at the unessential.”
— Bruce Lee

Anyway, all that said, very KINGLIKE podcast this is. Thanks to Ashley and Ileane for all the wealth of knowledge contained in it. Everyone will absolutely learn something from this, regardless of what niche or business they are in!

Thanks, Ashley, for sharing this on the fastest growing Internet marketing social networking site, Kingged.com . I have "kingged" it and hope others do the same, :)

Hello Ashley,

I've just stumbled on your website and listened to this podcast. I have to say it's great, and it's the first time I've heard about some of the tools and sites that Ileane mentioned. Gonna have to experiment with some of these. Thanks to both of you for this awesome tips, I followed both of your Twitter accounts and looking forward to reading your new stuff :)

Hey Chery
Great to see you again.
Ileane was a great first guest and she gave some much info in an easy to digest form - I was a little stunned actually.
We could have written a book (or at least an ebook:>) from it.
More great guests to come Chery - stay tuned!

Hi Barb
yes I did mention you in the podcast, and I know you are listening to me :> Ileane is reiterating most things I said too, so I am glad I get it right:>
I would have mentioned your name, but without permission I did not want to "name names". Not everyone wants that.
But I am glad you got a lot out of it. I appreciate you letting me know. Feedback is most welcome.
next episode tomorrow with the Blind Blogger :>
