There seem to be a few tools for this, although I have not tried them. I have used Google Alerts and Mention, but not these two:

http://www.tweetalarm.com/
Give them a shot and see how they go.

Just out of curiosity Ashley, are there any real time tools out there that will search for the searches that we have inputted in and then maybe send an email when a user tweets it out.

You see doing a Twitter search every day does take time. Any alerts software that can help in this regard?

This is so cool, Ashley! I had no idea this existed. I often search Twitter, but I only have used hashtags because I didn’t know any different.

I’m bookmarking this great article to come back to the next time I want to perform a Twitter search (which will probably be very soon!).
