Hey, don’t get snooty! LOL The reason I was surprised that it worked is because originally I used an image from a FB page, Beauty at its Best, with permission, but wanted to attribute the original artist. THAT’S why I say it worked!

Considering it’s tough to find free images for blog posts, I think this tool is super-useful. Thanks for turning me onto it!

Hi Suzanne, I don’t know about the alerts part, at least not without programming it myself. And yes Shazam is impressive huh. It’s all about identifying unique sounds/parts of images neither is an easy task. So my hat goes off to the people involved.

There have definitely been times I saw an image and wondered where it came from or what it was about. Google’s reverse image search is a great way to find out! I can also see the value in using it to search for your own images that may be used elsewhere, as Barry mentioned.

Is there a way to set up alerts for Google’s Search by Image so that one could create an alert for photos posted on one’s blog? That way you would be notified anytime someone used one of your images.
