MeeBookr has two sides to it. The customer’s and administrator’s (ie. yours).
First let’s take a look at the customer’s.
Customer Booking Form
From your customer’s point of view, it is as simple as
choosing what and when.
Then they fill out the form (name, email, phone number).
You . And an entry goes in your MeeBookr Calendar. both get an email with all the details

This form can be used as a
simple web page or embedded in an existing website on a bookings page for example. Administration Features
The administration side of things has a lot more features and ways to control the bookings.
First there is the Calendar where you can see all your bookings.
You can view your bookings for the month, week and day. And you can move around between dates easily.
Clicking on a booking opens the details, and it
can be edited, deleted and so on. The updated appointment will then be emailed to the customer. Your Business
When you create your MeeBookr account, you are asked to provide some basic information about your business.
This is used in the customer email, booking success page and so on.
This information can be edited in the
Business Name, Description Opening Times
Resources Tab is where you add the people (or things) that are bookable.
You need to provide a name, description and assign possible services to each resource.
For example Paul might be a Massage Therapist (
Resource), and he can do Swedish and Thai massages ( Services).
The Resource and the Service are then booked by the customer (look at the first image again and you will see this in the customer booking form).
The exact times a resource is available (within the Business Opening Times) can also be defined. So Paul can have a lunch break etc.
Services are quite simple. You define their name and description, a time length and a cost (this is displayed to the customer on the booking form).
They are then available to be assigned to resources and bookable by the customer for the chosen resources.
MeeBookr also provides a simple
Customer Tab where you can see all your customers who have made a booking (past and future).
You can do a search for them using predictive search – the results will narrow as you type.
Below you can see a search for a first name, and the resulting row found.
It’s easy to find a customer if you need to call or email them.
MeeBookr provides a simple way for customers to book you, your colleagues or resources time via the web.
The interaction takes place entirely on the web – but you can email or phone them of course.
The customer can use the booking form standalone on the MeeBookr site or embedded in your existing website.
Administration of bookings/resources/services/business can also be done easily via MeeBookr.
